NOTICE OF MODIFICATIONS TO TEXT OF PROPOSED TITLE 27 REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the requirements of Government Code section 11346.8 (c), and section 44 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations, the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) Unified Program is providing notice of changes made to the proposed Title 27 regulations, which were not part of the original public comment period or the regulatory hearing held on April 19, 2013. Section 15186.1 has been recently added to the proposed Title 27 regulations. This addition is in accordance with the policy memo titled “Cal/EPA Unified Program Policy Memo for Lead Acid Battery Inventory Reporting (UP-11-03),” which was issued to all stakeholders on April 28th, 2011.
If you have any comments regarding the proposed changes, the Cal/EPA Unified Program will accept written comments between April 24 and May 9, 2013. All written comments, including those sent by mail, facsimile, or e-mail must be submitted to the Agency no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 9, 2013, and addressed to:
