The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Division of Waste Management has filed 22 proposed amendments to their UST regulations, 401 KAR Chapter 42, with the Legislative Research Commission. The amendments affect all aspects of UST design, installation, operation, testing, financial assurance, investigation and corrective action related to underground storage tanks.
