As of December 16, 2010, the State of Maine is allowing for an additional 30 days of public comment on Chapter 693, UST Operator Training. It appears that the deadline for being certified as a UST operator in Maine will be extended to August 8, 2011.
Update…The deadline for submitting comments on Maine’s UST Operator Training Rules is January 28, 2011.
