The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) has proposed emergency regulations creating an underground storage tank (UST) operator training program in accordance with provisions of the 2005 Energy Policy Act. There are two scheduled public hearings scheduled for June 21 and June 23, 2011.
