New Mexico proposed regulations governing Petroleum Storage Tanks (PSTs).   Here is a good slideshow that was presented at the public hearings held in May.  The proposed final version should be available in June 2011.  Comments will be accepted after that or attend a public hearing expected to be in October 2011.

California ARB Certifies New AST Phase I EVR System

California Air Resources Board (CARB) has certified the OPW Phase I EVR system for Aboveground Storage Tanks on July 12th, 2010. New Mexico Legislation Redefining USTs and ASTs

The State of New Mexico has passed House Bill 81, which amends the definition of USTs and ASTs.  Previously, the New Mexico Petroleum Storage Tanks General Provisions specifically exempted USTs and ASTs that were associated with emergency generator systems.
