The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Storage Tanks has posted their new “Operator’s Annual Inspection Form” per Wyoming Water Quality Rules and Regulations Chapter 17, Section 13(e). This inspection includes Cathodic Protection testing if system is due for testing, piping pressure tests, line leak detector tests, sensor functionality testing, ATG inspection, and physical inspections of all sumps, manholes, dispensers, and other openings provided on the storage tanks system.
While the State of Wyoming does not allow 3rd-party consultants/contractors to perform monthly operator inspections, the state IS allowing operators and owners to hire 3rd-parties to perform the annual inspections. Contact Tait Environmental Services today to schedule your annual inspection.
