Indiana issued a notice regarding the comment period for development of new rules concerning underground storage tank operator training requirements. This was a solicitation for public comment on the draft rule language. This rule will apply to owners and operators of USTs; therefore, comments on the draft language were solicitated, due March 3, 2012.
The Public Hearing for these comments has changed to April 17, 2012 at 1:30pm EDT at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room A, Indianapolis, Indiana.
