Due to supply chain and contractor availability issues attributable to the Covid-19 pandemic, MassDEP has extended several UST regulatory deadlines.
- Deadline to conduct integrity testing of turbine, intermediate and dispenser sumps on or before October 13, 2021 has been extended until October 13, 2022.
- Spill Bucket testing must be conducted on or before October 13, 2022.
