The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) has issued a Notice of Public Review and Comment regarding Draft Underground Storage Tank Regulations. The public comment is open from January 3 to February 3, 2011. The draft regulations include requirements for UST operator training in Subchapter 11 — Operator Trainng.
As of December 16, 2010, the State of Maine is allowing for an additional 30 days of public comment on Chapter 693, UST Operator Training. Tennessee’s UST Operator Training Program is administered by the Environment and Conservation Agency/Board/Commission in the Underground Storage Tanks Division. The State of Tennessee is very proactive in educating tank owners and now has an active website for UST operator training.
