Updated Florida Discharge Report Form

Effective June 25, 2023, the Florida DEP has finalized new UST regulations including the Florida Discharge Report Form. This form must be used to report any confirmed discharge, or of any one of the following, unless the discharge is from a previously known and reported discharge:

  • Analytical tests indicating the presence of contamination in soil, groundwater, or surface water exceeding DEP Cleanup Target Levels;
  • The presence of free product; and/or
  • Spills or overfills of the UST.
Florida Class A/B UST Operators must be familiar with the requirements for utilizing the DEP form.
