40 CFR 280 Extended Comment Period – EPA is extending the public comment period to April 16, 2012 for the proposed changes to the 1988 underground storage tank (UST) technical, financial responsibility, and state program approval regulations. These changes establish federal requirements that are similar to key portions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which TAIT is intimately familiar with and has been operating under for the last 7 years on behalf of our California clients.
