We ship a printed copy of the approved California UST statutes and regulations and EPA UST guidance documents that can be used in the California DUSTO / DO and California UST Inspector Exams.

Class A/B UST Operator inspecting UST spill buckets

The California Designated UST System Operator (DUSTO or DO) ICC UC Exam Prep Course if for those individuals designated by the UST owner to have responsibilities for training UST facility employees and conducting a visual inspection at the UST facility.

California UST Service Technician

The California UST Service Technician ICC UT Exam Prep Course is for those individuals who install or test UST monitoring equipment, or provide maintenance, service, system programming or diagnostics, calibration, or trouble-shooting for UST system components.

California UST Inspector

The California UST Inspector ICC UI Exam Prep Course is for those individual local agency inspectors or special inspectors who conducts UST inspections.

The California State Water Resources Control Board is proposing a comprehensive update to the Underground Storage Tank regulations in Chapter 16 of Title 23, Division 3 of the California Code of Regulations. This rewrite aims to align the regulations with current technologies and operational practices, enhance clarity, and improve usability. These UST amendments are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026.

The California Unified Program Annual Training Conference is being held February 26-29, 2024, at the Hyatt, Burlingame in San Mateo County.
