New Mexico Proposed PST Regulations

New Mexico proposed regulations governing Petroleum Storage Tanks (PSTs).   Here is a good slideshow that was presented at the public hearings held in May.  The proposed final version should be available in June 2011.  Comments will be accepted after that or attend a public hearing expected to be in October 2011.

New Inspection Handbook for New York State Petroleum Bulk Storage Systems

Illionis’ Draft UST Operator Training Rules Stakeholder Meeting

Adoption of the Texas UST Operator Training Rules

Ohio Schedules Public Hearing on UST Rules Revisions

The Ohio State Fire Marshal, Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR), has filed new and rescinded rules related to the release prevention requirements applicable to owners and operators of underground storage tanks regulated under Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 1301:7-9.
